PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE.

CUSTOM BOOTS/BELTS: We make Old-world hand crafted footwear -this takes time. We do not make machine made, assembly line footwear or products. "CUSTOM" Boot/belt making requires participation in the process to achieve desired results. We do our darndest to make the best boots according to your order specifications. Based on this; styling specs cannot be changed after 1 day of original order date. If modifications are necessary they are limited to original order specifications. Ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to provide correct order & sizing information. So, your comfort feedback is muy importante! (That Means Very Important!)

Men - order your regular shoe size, Ladies generally order 1/2 size smaller than regular shoe size depending on how tight a fit you like. Occasionally, as with tailor made clothing, made-to-order boots/belts may need alterations/ modifications, therefore we reserve the right to modify or remake the items as necessary. This is the process by which correct sizing/customizing is achieved- YEP-just like in the old'n days -and before ya know it, you're gonna want more (we even have customers who own hundreds!). We may suggest sending in a tracing of your foot to serve as a general guide to compare sizing. However, some of us like to wear tight fitting boots; others like to kick 'em off. We know this only if you tell us. Should a boot have to be resized due to the customer choosing a size against the advise of our staff,we will assess a re-lasting fee to cover our labor and materials.

NOTE: Any changes made to an order must be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.

REFUNDS: We DO NOT offer refunds. Please understand the nature of the product: Our footwearand belts are custom-made for you, and quality takes time. In the event an impasse should occur after we have offered to remake your order and have truly worked together with you to establish your needs, we will offer a refund at our discretion, with a 50% re-marketing fee.

DESCRIPTION - NATURAL BEAUTY/FIT: All our boots and shoes are handmade-this means no machines- hands only, and the sewing machines the hands use. Dye lots, leathers and computer monitors vary colors slightly and due to the handmade process there may be variations that add to the uniqueness in fit & natural beauty of a handmade product - not considered a reason for return. Occasionally leather and exotic skins will have natural scars or small markings that are inherent to the animal skin and also not to be considered blemishes. We do our best though to try and arrange the hide so they are not in a conspicuous area. Such markings only add to the authenticity and natural beauty of the product, and it is understood that these markings do not compromise the quality or durability of the boot.

RETURNS: We are happy to assist with return items for adjustments and modifications only. If we made a mistake we will adjust, modify or remake as needed. Items for adjustment will be accepted only within 30 days from the time of delivery for initial feedback. This helps us maintain the integrity of the product and familiarity with the order as we work it. If there is a problem with workmanship or you have a problem with your product outside this time frame, please give us a call and we will help determine what can be done. Plese call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, it is a must in order to return your products. We can not accept responsibility if the order can not be tracked in our factory once it is returned back to us.
CANCELLATIONS: All custom boots/belts are made and assembled to your order specifications. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once the materials have been have been cut or 7 days after the order date whichever comes first.

STOCK FOOTWEAR/PRODUCTS: PLEASE CALL FOR A RETURN CODE Only Unworn Undamaged items can be Exchanged another size or style within 30 days or store credit good for 1 year only. Please, CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE . All regular shipping charges do apply. We do not reimburse shipping charges unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item. Exchanges/Returns may take up to 3-4 weeks to process from the time we receive the merchandise. If there is an impasse on a refund we will need to charge a 15% restocking fee,however your must CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE .

BACK ORDERS -Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item, in which case the item may be back ordered or, if you wish, exchanged for another item or refunded if we will not restock, or refunded if you wish.

DISCOUNTED CLOSEOUT FOOTWEAR/PRODUCTS: All discounted and closeout footwear is sold as is, and all sales are final. At our discretion, you may return them as credit towards a future purchase, however you must CALL FOR APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION CODE .

DELIVERY: Generally, our normal delivery for custom boots will take about 6 weeks. In rare occasions, such as during peek seasons or with more intricate designs, some orders may require up to 10 - 12 weeks for delivery. Remakes may be quicker, but it is important to remember that these are handmade, and it is best not to rush production as quality may suffer. STOCK footwear gets shipped out the same day or if orders come in after 3 pm MTN time the next day according to the chosen delivery schedule.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates may be used towards the purchase of any CABoots merchandise. Gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase date. We DO NOT offer refunds on gift certificates.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: We do everything within our power to ensure that your boots/shoes/footwear are shipped within the desired time frames. However, if we do our part getting the package out on time and the shipping company misses the desired delivery date, you need to file a claim directly with the shipping company for any loss. We will help you file the claim, but we cannot guarantee any shippers delivery dates or service. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY IN CASES OF LOSS.

  • * International orders*** If you are ordering internationally-please be aware of your countries import policies. We are not exporters of exotic boots. It is your responsibilty to know if your customs agents will accept merchandise from the USA. If we make and ship the ordered product and you do not receive the merchandise due to customs confiscation we can not issue refund.

Changes may be made periodically to these policies without prior notice.
